Sago brings a new, stylish dining experience to Destin, including the fun and flair of Asian wok cuisine and the delicious slow cooking flavors captured in our special Chinese clay wood burning oven. Both techniques have been used for centuries, pleasing many palates and delivering healthy and delicious cuisine.
Among Sago's signature items cooked in our Chinese clay oven are the Peking style duck rolls, pork chops and slow roasted prime rib. For those that enjoy a lighter fare, Sago offers stir fried koay teow, tempura soft-shell crab and steamed filet of sea bass elegantly served with jasmine rice, spinach and cilantro soy.
The atmosphere is fun, stylish and exquisite, so our guests feel like they are having a special dining experience.
